    Abstract: A selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system, comprising a box body, a mixer, a baffle and a carrier, the mixer, the baffle and the carrier being sequentially arranged inside the box body in an airflow direction inside the box body, the baffle being provided with a plurality of through holes, and the distribution density of the through holes and/or the hole area of the through holes being negatively correlated with a distribution uniformity index of NH3 at the baffle. The configuration of the distribution density and the hole area of the through holes can improve the mixing uniformity of ammonia gas, so that a reaction effect of a catalyst and a mixed gas in the carrier is enhanced.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a gallium nitride (GaN) single-crystal substrate with an edge metal mask technology. The method includes: preparing a metal mask ring on a composite epitaxial substrate, epitaxially growing a GaN single-crystal sacrificial layer in a confined manner, performing separation with interlayer decoupling of single-crystal graphene through an in-situ temperature gradient method to obtain a self-supporting GaN single-crystal sacrificial layer, epitaxially growing a GaN single-crystal thick film in a diameter expanded manner, and performing chemico-mechanical trimming on the GaN single-crystal thick film to obtain a stress-free self-supporting GaN single-crystal substrate. The metal mask ring is compatible with the GaN single-crystal preparation process (hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE)), and efficiently catalyzes decomposition reaction of the nitrogen source.

    Abstract: The instant invention provides a deblocking double-layer chromatography and cassette for isolating nucleic acids from liquid biopsy samples such as urine with large sample volumes, small nucleic acid sizes, and low nucleic acid concentrations. Compared with the prior art of Ding et al. (U.S. Pat. No. 9,163,230) which proved the principle of double-layer chromatography comprising a positively charged DEAE membrane and a silica membrane, we further explored and optimized the membrane compositions and solution compositions for plasma and urine samples. More importantly, we set up a “deblocking” mechanism to overcome a “blocking” problem that the membrane is blocked by solid particles in the plasma and urine samples, thus greatly increasing its flowability. In addition, it omits a pre-filtering step, thus particularly suitable for its automation.
