    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for rapid on-site detection of fentanyl analogs using a miniature mass spectrometer, comprising the following steps: (1) selecting a spotting plate; (2) loading a sample: depositing the sample and 3-nitrobenzonitrile solution in acetonitrile on the spotting plate to form a crystalline mixture; (3) carrying out analysis and detection: setting the parameters of the miniature mass spectrometer, placing the crystalline mixture on the spotting plate in close proximity to the inlet of the miniature mass spectrometer, and facilitating the ionization of the crystalline mixture for the analysis and detection of fentanyl analogs. The method for rapid on-site detection of fentanyl analogs using a miniature mass spectrometer provided by the present invention requires no extraction solvent, no voltage, no laser, no gas, and the method is simple, rapid, and suitable for rapid on-site detection of fentanyl analogs.

The authentication method disclosed in present invention is a rapid analytical method that requires no sample pretreatment and can identify the animal species origin of leather products rapidly and accurately.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a detection method based on supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) and post-column dicationic ionic liquid (DIL) charge complexation, which includes the following steps: (1) The supramolecular solvent (SUPRAS) was prepared by mixing heptanol, tetrahydrofuran, and water; (2) Sample pretreatment: the SUPRAS was used to extract the sample for subsequent analysis; (3) Analysis of perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) using SFC separation, post-column DIL-based charge complexation, and electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS). The invention established a novel analytical method for the detection of PFCs in textiles incorporating post-chromatographic DIL-based charge complexation and SFC coupled with ESI-MS. The DIL reagent formed positively charged complexes with anionic analytes during the ESI process, facilitating MS detection in the positive ion mode with enhanced detection sensitivity.

Citric acid is dissolved in ethanol to obtain a citric acid/ethanol solution; tetrabutyl titanate is added, mixed uniformly to obtain a tetrabutyl titanate-citric acid/ethanol solution; glacial acetic acid is added dropwise to react for 30-40 min to obtain a solution A; the metal salt solution was added dropwise into the solution A, mixed uniformly and added with nitric acid, ammonium hydroxide is added dropwise to adjust the pH value, and the temperature is raised at a constant speed to obtain a gel B; dried and then then baked at a temperature of 300-500° C. for 3-4 h, cooled in the furnace, pulverized, tableted and sieved to obtain the catalyst for the low-temperature synergistic catalytic purification of NOx and HCN in the flue gas.
