    Abstract: Disclosed is a method, device, and system for testing the static contact angle of reagent asphalt, the method includes the following steps: acquiring a side image of a stable droplet formed by a test reagent on asphalt surface, and determining the position of a baseline in the side image; cropping the side image to obtain a droplet image, and extracting droplet contour points in the droplet image; screening out effective contour points corresponding to contours of the two sides of the droplet from the droplet contour points; performing cubic polynomial fitting on the effective contour points to obtain curve function of contour curves on both sides; calculating contact angle value from the curve function and the position of the baseline. The beneficial effects of this disclosure are: this disclosure reduces the difficulty of fitting of the droplet contour and thus improves the calculation precision of the contact angle.

A 5G-capable wireless device of an MNO, while connected to or camped on a legacy 4G LTE cell of the MNO and not engaged in a 4G only LTE service, determines whether an NSA 5G cell of another MNO satisfies performance criteria before measuring and/or sending measurement data for an NSA 4G LTE anchor cell associated with the NSA 5G cell to a wireless network. Refraining from measuring and/or sending measurement data under certain conditions causes the 5G-capable wireless device of the MNO to remain connected to or camped on the legacy 4G LTE cell of the MNO rather than reselecting or handing over to the NSA 4G LTE cell of another MNO. The 5G-capable wireless device also maintains a database of information for valid NSA 4G LTE cells to which to reselect/handover.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for reducing collisions of transmission data for a first subscriber (e.g., a voice subscriber) with transmission data for a second subscriber (e.g., a data subscriber) at a dual sim dual active (DSDA) user equipment (UE) are described herein. A DSDA UE may be configured to implement a modified skipUplinkTxDynamic feature that avoids collisions by buffering transmission data of the data subscriber and sending a (later) scheduling request (SR) for a grant for that data. A DSDA UE may regulate data subscriber transmissions to avoid a transmission duration for the voice subscriber. A DSDA UE may reduce certain transmissions for a voice subscriber (subject to a block error rate (BLER) threshold for the voice subscriber) to lower the probability of collision. A DSDA UE may operate a data subscriber and a voice subscriber in the same cell to avoid collisions due to RF tuning and/or relative slot overlap.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for measuring surface energy of aggregates based on static drop method, comprising (1) aggregates grinding and pretreatment; (2) obtaining the surface texture index; (3) calculating the surface energy based on static drop method experiment; (4) fitting to obtain a functional relationship between the surface texture index and surface energy; (5) calculating the surface energy of the original aggregate. The method considers the influence of the grinding process on the surface texture of the aggregates when measuring the surface energy of the aggregates, which significantly improves the accuracy of the static drop method test. The static drop method can be used to replace the vapor adsorption method to test the surface energy of aggregate, and the low-cost optical contact angle instrument can replace the expensive magnetic suspension weight balance system to test the surface energy of aggregate, which greatly reduces the test cost.

    Abstract: A method for predicting and calculating aggregate surface energy is provided and includes steps: (1) raw aggregate screening and treatment; (2) surface texture index acquirement of a polished aggregate and an untreated raw aggregate; (3) powdered aggregate testing by a capillary rise method; (4) polished aggregate testing by a sessile drop method; (5) function relationship formula fitting; and (6) surface energy calculation of raw aggregate. The method not only considers the influence of aggregate's own composition on the surface energy, but also considers the influence of the polishing treatment on the aggregate surface texture, analyzes actual surface texture conditions of the aggregate, and significantly improves the test accuracy by combining the sessile drop method and the capillary rise method. Moreover, it can replace vapor adsorption method to test the surface energy of aggregate, which greatly reduces the test cost and operation difficulty.
