The method includes: a first device monitors a first part of wake-up information through a first link; when the first device receives the first part of the wake-up information and the first part includes an identifier of the first device or a group identifier of the first device, the first device monitors a second part of the wake-up information; and the first device wakes up a second link when the first device receives the second part, where power consumption of the second link is greater than power consumption of the first link. According to the method, power consumption of a wake-up link of a receive device can be reduced.

The first metasurface conductive structure layer includes: a first conductive layer electrically bound to the light emergence face of the LED chip structure; and a metasurface structure which is configured to be stacked and/or integrated with the first conductive layer; wherein the metasurface structure is at least used for regulating the emergence angle or wavelength of light ejected from the light emergence face. Based on the technical solution of the present application, the full colorization of the Micro-LED chip can be realized, the light extraction rate and collimation can be increased, and large-scale standard semiconductor processes can be adopted to realize the preparation of the Micro-LED chip and the integration of Micro-LED pixels and display units, thereby improving the production efficiency and yield rate of the Micro-LED chip and reducing the cost.

    Abstract: A beat frequency signal processing method includes determining a two-dimensional (2D) time frequency spectrogram of a beat frequency signal based on a sampled sequence of the beat frequency signal, where the 2D time frequency spectrogram indicates a relationship between a frequency and a time of the beat frequency signal; performing matching between the 2D time frequency spectrogram of the beat frequency signal and a plurality of theoretical 2D time frequency spectrograms to determine, as a target 2D time frequency spectrogram, a theoretical 2D time frequency spectrogram whose matching degree is greater than or equal to a preset threshold. The plurality of theoretical 2D time frequency spectrograms are 2D time frequency spectrograms of the beat frequency signal, under combinations of a plurality of flight times and a plurality of Doppler frequency offsets, that are calculated based on a frequency sweep curve of the frequency modulated signal.
