The plasma processing system includes a plasma chamber; an RF source configured to generate a forward RF wave; an impedance matching circuit coupled to the RF source, the impedance matching circuit configured to provide matching for the RF source; a balun having unbalanced terminals coupled to the impedance matching circuit; and a resonant antenna configured to generate plasma within the plasma chamber, the resonant antenna being a spiral resonant antenna with an electrical length corresponding to a half-wavelength of a frequency of the forward RF wave, the resonant antenna comprising: a first tap along the spiral resonant antenna coupled to a first balanced terminal of the balun and a second tap along the spiral resonant antenna coupled to a second balanced terminal of the balun.

The smartNIC may queue the received traffic associated with the first process and the second process in a scheduler, the scheduler having a first set of queues configured to store traffic from the first process, and a second set of queues configured to store traffic from the second process. The smartNIC may forward queued traffic from the first set of queues or the second set of queues, a maximum amount of forwarded first process traffic corresponding to the first bandwidth limit minus an amount of forwarded second process traffic.

The antenna system includes a plurality of radiation areas, and each radiation area is formed by cooperative radiation of beams from a plurality of antenna array planes in different antenna groups. In this application, more antenna array planes can be deployed in the antenna system. Therefore, overall coverage of the antenna system is improved without additional wind resistance. In addition, each radiation area is formed by cooperative radiation of a plurality of antenna array planes. Therefore, a capacity and a gain of the antenna system are also improved.
