    Abstract: Disclosed are a grain boundary- and surface-doped lithium-lanthanum-zirconium composite oxide solid electrolyte, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. Part of doping elements are step-doped at the grain boundary and the surface of the lithium-lanthanum-zirconium composite oxide solid electrolyte to improve the distribution state of the doping elements at the grain boundaries, reduce the number of grain boundaries, lower the grain boundary resistance of the lithium-lanthanum-zirconium composite oxide, thereby obtaining high ionic conductivity. The doping method has the advantages of being simple and convenient in process, low in cost and high in universality, can meet the requirements of different solid electrolytes on doping elements, and is suitable for large-scale application.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing an ultra-thin glass substrate, including: providing a large glass sheet including a plurality of to-be-cut glass substrates, each to-be-cut glass substrate including a bendable region and a non-bendable region arranged at two sides of the bendable region along a first direction; cutting each to-be-cut glass substrate along an edge of the bendable region to form two slits arranged opposite to each other; performing a double-sided thinning operation on the large glass sheet, and performing an edge etching operation on the edge of the bendable region; cutting each to-be-cut glass substrate along an edge of the non-bendable region through a laser to obtain a glass substrate; performing a chemical tempering operation on the glass substrate; and performing micro-etching treatment on a surface of the chemically-tempered glass substrate. The present disclosure further provides the ultra-thin glass substrate and a display device.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses application of a deep eutectic solvent in textile dyeing, belonging to the technical field of ecological dyeing and finishing of textiles. A natural hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent system (HDES) is first used as a dyeing medium to perform reactive dyeing on cotton. Firstly, the prepared natural hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent is mixed with a small amount of dye aqueous solution at high speed to prepare dye liquor, and then cotton fabric soaked with alkali liquor is put into a dye bath for dyeing. The dyeing method doesn't require addition of inorganic salts and other dyeing auxiliaries, but uses a small amount of water and alkali agent to achieve the same dyeing effect as traditional water bath, and the dyeing medium is safe and environment-friendly. After dyeing, cyclic dyeing can be achieved by simply separating the dye bath, which truly realizes green dyeing of reactive dyes.

An FPB (flash patch and breakpoint) unit in CoreSight debugging framework provides a basis for setting and responding to breakpoints, debugging information for the breakpoints can be extracted and output by debug monitoring exceptions, and dynamic commands are used as carriers of overall functions to fulfill rich debugging functions such as starting and exiting of a debugging mode, setting and cancelling of breakpoints and control over program running state.
