  • Publication number: 20210260204
Abstract: In a fluoro-TF-MUC1 glycopeptide conjugate, a glycopeptide has a clear and single chemical structure, and can be synthesized in large quantities by chemical methods. The linker selected is easy to be activated, which can be coupled with a carrier protein with high efficiency, and improve the glycoprotein load of the carrier protein. The introduction of fluorine atoms can enhance the stability of glycosidic bonds in glycopeptide antigens, thereby improving the metabolic stability, fat solubility and bioavailability of glycopeptide antigens, and solving the problems of poor immunogenicity and instability of natural tumor-associated MUC1 glycopeptide. Enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) shows that the antibodies in the serum after immunization can recognize the natural MUC1 and achieve cross recognition.
