  • Patent number: 10667278
Abstract: Various embodiments provide for the management of wireless resources, which can reduce call blocking by allowing high priority services, under suitable conditions, to use resources allocated to low priority services. Thus high priority services can pre-empt the usage of wireless resources by low priority services. This has the advantage of reducing call blocking for high priority calls, while permitting low priority calls to have more access to radio resources than conventional systems with the same call blocking rate. Thus a base station can implement a preemption mechanism that would reclaim Walsh Code and Forward Power resources from an active Supplemental Channel (SCH) burst in order to accommodate incoming Fundamental Channel (FCH) requests.

  • Publication number: 20190323547
Abstract: A locking device adapted to lock a shell to an installation body includes a thread connection member extending through a connecting hole in the shell and engaging a threaded hole in the installation body, a sealing ring sleeved on the thread connection member and adapted to be pressed on an installation surface of the shell to seal the connecting hole of the shell, and a gasket sleeved on the thread connection member and adapted to be pressed between the thread connection member and the sealing ring to prevent the thread connection member from being loosened. The gasket has a pair of stopping arms. An angle defined between the stopping arms is greater than 0 degrees and less than 180 degrees. A pair of top ends of the stopping arms are adapted to simultaneously abut against an outer wall of the shell to prevent the gasket from rotating with the thread connection member.

  • Publication number: 20190123234
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a laying device. The laying device includes: a fixing bracket, a weight pulley, and a working platform. With the laying device provided in the present disclosure, the weight pulley provides a fixed pressing force for the sealing tape, and the position of the weight pulley is set in advance, so that the sealing tape is subjected to a suitable pressing force, and the pressing uniformity of the sealing tape is good. Moreover, the weight pulley is movable relative to the edge of the photovoltaic module to be processed. Thus, for the photovoltaic module to be processed whose edge is linear, the sealing tape may be laid on the photovoltaic module to be processed along a straight line, and it can be ensured that the sealing tape is laid without bending, which ensures the appearance and performance of the photovoltaic module to be processed.

  • Publication number: 20170038019
Abstract: An improved luminaire connects a light-redirecting layer between a fixture body and a lampshade to eliminate the need for shielding plates. Illumination sources mounted to the fixture body emit light that is aimed at the light-redirecting layer. The light redirecting layer, for example a plurality of faceted ornaments such as rhinestones, reflects and refracts the light. The light ultimately leaves the luminaire through the transparent lampshade. The reflections and refractions caused by the light-redirecting layer create a visually appealing multicolored effect which changes according to the viewing angle of an observer. The improved luminaire provides increased efficiency, decreased light loss, and improved quality of lighting as compared to luminaires that use a shielding plate.

  • Patent number: 8790486
Abstract: A process for bonding a semi-crystalline or crystalline thermoplastic polymer to a thermosetting polymer component, the process including selecting compatible semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer and uncured thermosetting polymer components wherein the curing temperature of the uncured thermosetting polymer components is above the melting temperature of the semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer. The process includes locating the thermoplastic polymer in contact with the uncured thermosetting polymer component and heating the thermoplastic polymer and uncured thermosetting polymer or thermosetting polymer composite component to the curing temperature of the thermosetting polymer components and the thermoplastic polymer are able to at least partly interpenetrate before the thermosetting polymer cures. The thermoplastic polymer and cured thermosetting polymer component are then cooled such that the thermoplastic polymer is very strongly bonded to the cured thermosetting polymer component.
