Abstract: The present disclosure provides an expression vector, comprising: a first expression cassette having a first transcriptional regulatory element and an immunoglobulin heavy chain-coding region operatively linked to the first transcriptional regulatory element; a second expression cassette having a second transcriptional regulatory element and an immunoglobulin light chain-coding region operatively linked to the second transcriptional regulatory element; and a third expression cassette having a third transcriptional regulatory element and an immunoglobulin J chain-coding region operatively linked to the third transcriptional regulatory element. The present disclosure further relates to the host cell comprising the expression vector and the use thereof.

Abstract: Examples disclosed herein relate to updating a controller of a computational resource system that provides a computing capability to a distributed processing framework. An analysis engine of the distributed processing framework may collect resource usage data characterizing consumption of a compute resource of the computational resource system in providing the computing capability to a framework nodes of the distributed processing framework. Using the resource usage data, the analysis engine may update the controller of the computational resource system with actionable data affecting the computing capability.

Abstract: A technique includes clustering projects that include a new project and previous projects based on relationships between users and the previous projects to identify a project cluster containing the new project. The technique includes clustering the users based on relationships between the users and permissions that were assigned to the users to access resources for previous projects. The technique further includes assigning permissions for the users assigned to the new project to access resources associated with the new project based at least in part on the clustering of users and the clustering of projects.
