    Abstract: Provided are an electrokinetic device and method for in-situ leaching of uranium, belonging to the technical field of in-situ leaching of uranium. The electrokinetic device for in-situ leaching of uranium includes an injection well, a pumping well, a positive electrode, a negative electrode, leaching solution, and a direct current power supply. Uranium ore is provided between the injection well and the pumping well, the negative electrode is arranged in the injection well, and the positive electrode is arranged in the pumping well. The leaching solution is injected from the injection well, flows through the uranium ore, and then is pumped from the pumping well for uranium extraction. The direct current power supply is respectively connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and is configured to apply direct current between the positive electrode and the negative electrode to promote the pooling of uranium-carrying ions towards the pumping well.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a fast power swing unblocking method and apparatus for a distance protection in a power system, which is able to ensure fast phase-segregated tripping of distance protection for faults during a power swing (3-phase or 2-phase swing). The power swing unblocking method in a power system according to the present invention comprises calculating changing rates of impedances for all operating loops of the distance protection in the power system; and determining a fault loop based on the calculated changing rates. If there is a fault loop, a blocked distance zone for the fault loop is unblocked. Before calculating the changing rates, whether the power system is under a power swing is checked and a distance zone that might mal-operate under the power swing is blocked if it is checked that the power system is under the power swing.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for fault identification in a transmission line are provided. The method may include measuring at an end of the transmission line when the transmission line has a fault to obtain a measured signal, comparing the measured signal with a predefined standard signal, the predefined standard signal having beat frequency characteristic; and identifying that the fault is a transient fault if the measured signal matches the predefined standard signal according to a result of the comparison, or the fault is a permanent fault if the measured signal does not match the predefined standard signal according to the result of the comparison.

The method includes: selecting any N sound conductors (1B, 1C, 2C) which are not included in one line, among the 2N conductors (1A, 1B, and 1C; 2A, 2B, and 2C) included in the two lines (L1, L2); connecting each of one or more unselected conductors (1A) included in the first line (L1) to a corresponding one of one or more selected sound conductors (2C) included in the second line (L2) while keeping the second line (L2) tripped, so that a reconstructed line is formed by using the N selected sound conductors (1B, 1C, 2C) to resume power transmission of the first line (L1).
