Abstract: Disclosed are a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of a heterocyclic compound depicted by formula (A) or a hydrate of the salt. The pharmaceutically acceptable salt is selected from alkali metal salts. The present inventors have unexpectedly discovered that three salts, especially sodium salt, lithium salt and a hydrate of either salt, have improved solubility and dissolution when compared to the compound of formula A, and thus can be more easily formulated into a drug product when compared to the compound of formula A. Also disclosed is a use of the heterocyclic compound or a hydrate depicted by formula A, a pharmaceutically acceptable alkali metal salt thereof or a hydrate of the alkali metal salt in the preparation of a medicament for treating acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an amino mercaptan compound, preparation method thereof and use thereof in radiation protection. The compound has the structure of formula I, wherein A1, A2, R1, R2, R5, R6, and R3 and R4 are defined herein. The compound has the effects of reducing the biological damage caused by ionizing radiation, extending the survival period and survival rate of the radiated animals, and significantly alleviating the side effects of radiotherapy, and has a low toxicity. The present invention opens up a new way for protection and treatment of ionizing radiation damage.

Upon detecting that a member has selected an option to share a content item, a content sharing interface is presented. The content sharing interface includes options share the content item publically via a content feed, and privately via a messaging service. The content sharing interface provides a ranked list of recommended recipients, where the recommended recipients in the list are selected and ordered based on several factors, including factors relating to the relationship between the sharing member and the recommended recipients, as well as factors relating to the subject matter of the content item and the likelihood that a recommended recipient would be interested in the content item.
