A tail end of the one or more random access signals is aligned with a t??t position of a signal transmission region in transmission resources of the one or more random access signals, t is a tail end time point of the signal transmission region and ?t is an advance. Alternatively, a transmitting start time point of the one or more random access signals is a result obtained by subtracting the length of the one or more random access signals and the advance from the tail end time point of the signal transmission region in the transmission resources.
