    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a waterless foam generator for fracturing shale oil and gas reservoirs and use thereof. The structure of the waterless foam generator includes: a top of the proppant storage tank is provided with a proppant inlet, a second feed port of liquid CO2 and a safety valve, and a bottom of the proppant storage tank is connected to the high-pressure gas-liquid-solid mixer, a side wall of the high-pressure gas-liquid-solid mixer is provided with a first feed port of liquid CO2, an feed port of N2 and an feed port of waterless foam foaming agent, and the high-pressure gas-liquid-solid mixer is connected to the first shaker of waterless foam fracturing fluid, the first shaker of waterless foam fracturing fluid, the second shaker of waterless foam fracturing fluid and the third shaker of waterless foam fracturing fluid are connected in sequence.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a foam fracturing fluid with double interface layers of a phlogisticated air-liquid CO2 for shale gas development, and a preparation method thereof. The foam fracturing fluid is prepared from a liquid CO2 phase, a gas phase and a nano-enhancer; the liquid CO2 phase is formed by dissolving a mixture of gas-soluble foaming agents in liquid CO2; the gas phase is a gas mixture of phlogisticated air and saturated vapor of the liquid CO2; the nano-enhancer is an aqueous solution of a mixture of hydrophobic silica nanoparticles, a cosolvent and a water-soluble surfactant. In the fracturing fluid prepared by the present disclosure, the phlogisticated air was encapsulated by the liquid CO2 to form an interface layer, the liquid CO2 was further encapsulated by the nano-enhancer to form the other interface layer, which enhanced the structural stability of the fracturing fluid while achieving high viscosity and thermal stability.

The ultra-dry three-phase flue gas foam is produced by a gas phase, a liquid phase and a solid phase; the gas phase is a flue gas; the foaming solution is an aqueous solution of a surfactant, a pH adjuster, and an inorganic salt; the solid phase is a composite of fly ash and nano silica; the foam quality is 90%-99%. The solid phase foam stabilizer is a compounded system of fly ash particles and nano silica particles, which is not only low in cost but also can form a stable solid particle adsorption layer on the foam film. Thus the instability of the foam such as film rupture, gas diffusion and bubble aggregation can be greatly reduced, and the stability of the foam can be effectively improved.
