    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for controlling multileaf collimator in radiotherapy. The method comprises: acquiring a preset model; outputting, regarding a radiotherapy target, a target leaf sequence of a multileaf collimator through the preset model, to obtain a planning file; and importing the planning file into a radiotherapy planning system to control a linear accelerator to operate, so as to implement a radiotherapy plan, which solves the technical problem in the related art of poor accuracy and stability in determining a leaf sequence of a multileaf collimator.

    Abstract: This application discloses a method and apparatus for Adaptive Radiation Therapy (ART) based on plan library invoking. The method includes: acquiring a medical image of the day and a target plan library of a target patient, where the target plan library includes a plurality of groups of images of the target patient and a radiation therapy plan corresponding to each set of images; and determining the radiation therapy plan corresponding to the target patient according to the medical image of the day and the target plan library. According to this application, a problem that high-speed ART cannot be achieved due to excessive time consumption during the designing of the radiation therapy plan in the related art is resolved.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method, an apparatus, a storage medium and a processor for medical image auto-segmentation. The method includes: acquiring a medical image scan of the day of a target patient, wherein the medical image scan of the day is a medical image scanned before the Nth time treatment of the target patient, and N is a natural number greater than 1; performing auto-segmentation on the medical image scan of the day by using a target model to obtain a segmentation result, wherein the target model is a model generated after iterative training based on all images along with the contours from previous N times fractions of the target patient, segmentation result is used to generate the contour for the target treatment plan; and generating the contour for the target treatment plan based on a segmentation result.
