    Abstract: Provided are a composition containing mesenchymal stem cells and a hydrogel, and the use thereof. The mesenchymal stem cells are dispersed in the hydrogel. In the composition, the mesenchymal stem cells cooperate with the hydrogel, such that the healing of a fistula can be effectively promoted, the surgical operation difficulty and frequency are greatly reduced and the wound surface is also reduced, the discomfort of a patient in the perioperative period is alleviated, the disease course is shortened, the cure rate is increased, and the recurrence rate is reduced.

A typical magnetic field loop formed by permanent magnets extending out of stator sections, radial magnetic conduction bridges, circumferential magnetic conduction bridges, magnetic collecting shoes, radial/axial working air gaps and magnetic conduction blocks of radial/axial magnetic field closed main loops is used for designing the magnetic pole bypasses, so as to achieve the distribution of the magnetic field energy with multiple paths and controllable magnetic field strength of the permanent magnets in the stator permanent magnet motor. The present invention further provides a bias magnetic circuit structure.
