  • Publication number: 20250087016
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes recording, by a camera of a client device, a video of a region of a first user's skin and estimating, from the recorded video, a current ratio of ratios (RoR) for the first user corresponding to the first user's current blood-oxygen saturation. The method further includes converting the first user's determined RoR to a transformed RoR for the first user based at least in part on a baseline user's RoR determined while generating a trained SpO2 prediction model. The trained SpO2 prediction model is trained to estimate the baseline user's SpO2 value based on an input RoR value from the baseline user. The method further includes determining, by the trained SpO2 prediction model and based on the transformed RoR for the first user, the first user's current estimated blood-oxygen saturation.

  • Publication number: 20230399130
Abstract: A system includes an aerial drone with a queen component disposed thereon and an underwater robot with a worker component disposed thereon. The queen component is in electrical communication with the aerial drone and the worker component is in electrical communication with the underwater robot. The queen component is configured to steer a laser beam to locate and track the worker component and to sense light from the laser beam reflected by the worker component. A method includes deploying an aerial drone with a queen component disposed thereon in a first medium and determining a location of a robot in a second medium with a worker component disposed thereon using the aerial drone. The second medium is different from the first medium.

  • Publication number: 20200405195
Abstract: In an embodiment, the present disclosure pertains to a method of determining an angular motion in a subject. The method generally includes one or more of the following steps of: (1) applying a wearable system to a body region of the subject; (2) utilizing the wearable system to sense one or more parameters; and (3) correlating the one or more parameters to the angular motion in the subject. In an additional embodiment, the present disclosure pertains to a wearable system for determining angular motion in a subject. Generally, the wearable sensor includes one or more fabrics for sensing one or more parameters of a body region of a subject.
