    Abstract: The embodiments of the present application disclose an organic light emitting display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display panel includes an organic light emitting diode layer and a metal nanoparticle layer. The metal nanoparticle layer is disposed on a side of the organic light emitting diode layer in contact with external environment, wherein metal nanoparticles of the metal nanoparticle layer can use their own surface plasmon resonance absorption effect to absorb ultraviolet rays emitted from external environment to the organic light emitting diode layer, thereby preventing ultraviolet rays from irradiating the organic light emitting diode layer.

    Abstract: An inversion method for a multilayer seabed geoacoustic parameter in a shallow sea, includes: establishing a plurality of seabed models, different seabed models corresponding to different layer numbers, randomly generating a value of each geoacoustic parameter based on a preset change range corresponding to each geoacoustic parameter, then calculating to obtain a theoretical sound pressure value, and comparing the theoretical sound pressure value with an actual sound pressure value, adjusting and updating the value of each geoacoustic parameter according to the comparison result until the obtained theoretical sound pressure value is matched with the actual sound pressure value, and obtaining a target geoacoustic parameter value; calculating to obtain a BIC value corresponding to each seabed model; and taking the seabed model with the minimum BIC value as a target seabed model, and taking a target geoacoustic parameter value corresponding to the target seabed model as a target inversion parameter value.

    Abstract: A (GaMe)2O3 ternary alloy material, its preparation method and application in a solar-blind ultraviolet photodetector are provided. The (GaMe)2O3 ternary alloy material of the present invention is formed by solid solution of Ga2O3 and Me2O3 in a molar ratio of 99:1 to 50:50, wherein the Me is any one of Lu, Sc, or Y. The (GaMe)2O3 ternary alloy material of the present invention can be used to prepare the active layer of a solar-blind ultraviolet photodetector. In the present invention, the band gap of Me2O3 is higher than that of Ga2O3, and Ga3+ ions in Ga2O3 are partially replaced by Me3+ ions to obtain a higher band gap (GaMe)2O3 ternary alloy material to reduce the dark current of the device and promote the blue shift of the cut-off wavelength to within 280 nm.
