The base plate has a heat absorbing surface facing the light emitting window and a heat dissipating surface opposite to the heat absorbing surface. A plurality of fins are provided on the heat dissipating surface of the base plate. The LED module, which is received in the housing and mounted on the heat absorbing surface of the base plate, faces the light emitting window. The fixing bracket is mounted on the housing and located above the base plate of the housing.
