Abstract: Provided are a fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) dimer compound, an FAPI dimer-based positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent for tumor diagnosis, and a preparation method and use thereof. An amphiphilic polyethylene glycol (PEG) chain and a dimerized structure of FAPI in the FAPI dimer compound with a structure shown in formula I can improve the in vivo kinetic properties of the compound and prolong a residence time of the compound in a tumor, thereby improving the uptake and imaging effects in the tumor. The accurate tumor diagnosis can be achieved by labeling the FAPI dimer compound with a diagnostic nuclide (68Ga), which has promising application prospects in PET imaging for diagnosis and in the preparation of a therapeutic nuclide (such as 177Lu or 90Y)-labeled drug for treating a FAP-?-expressing tumor.

Abstract: A device management method includes a first network device sending a first remote procedure call (RPC) request message to a second network device, where the first RPC request message includes information about a third yet another next generation (YANG) module that is identifiable to the first network device. After the second network device switches to the third YANG module, the first network device establishes a control session between the first network device and the second network device based on the third YANG module. When the network device supports switching between YANG modules of different standards, the second network device is notified, by using an RPC, to switch to a YANG module supported by the first network device.

Abstract: A processing cartridge can be detachably installed in an electronic image forming device, where a protrusion capable of extending and retracting along a vertical direction is disposed inside the electronic image forming device. The processing cartridge includes a toner container and a waste toner container; and a movable element disposed at the lower side of the processing cartridge. The processing cartridge further includes a detachment preventing portion; the movable element is disposed with an abutting portion; and the abutting portion is capable of being abutted against the detachment preventing portion to prevent the movable element being disengaged. The processing cartridge further includes an elastic element; and the elastic element is configured to move the movable element toward the lower side of the processing cartridge.

Abstract: A nucleic acid loading device, including a housing, a carrying module, a motion module, a liquid circuit module and a control module. The motion module includes a support platform, first and second driving mechanisms, and a carrying member. The liquid circuit module is configured to control a reagent to flow into and out of a reactor. The control module is connected with the motion module and the liquid circuit module, and the control module is configured to control the first and second driving mechanisms, the liquid circuit module and the temperature control unit. A first face of a semiconductor cooler heats or refrigerates during operation, providing heat for an accommodating seat through a heat conducting body such that the reactor can be at different ambient temperatures. The cooperation between the motion and liquid circuit modules may achieve automation and industrialization of loading a sample into the reactor.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and system for positioning a robot and adjusting a posture. The method may include obtaining a first image and a second image of a target object. The first image may be captured using an image capturing apparatus, and the second image may be captured using a medical imaging device. The method may also include determining at least one target region corresponding to at least one target portion of the target object from the first image. The at least one target portion may be less affected by physiological motions than other portions. The method may further include determining positioning information of the robot based on the at least one target region and the second image.
