The plug connector includes a housing (31) having a latching protrusion (313) for latching with the latching hole of the receptacle, and a releasing mechanism (36) including a releasing portion (368) formed in front of the latching protrusion and having a forwardly downwardly inclining releasing face (3681), an actuator (364), and an operator (361) formed with a first beam (3612). The first beam is movable, together with the actuator, from a latched position to a released position along the releasing face of the releasing portion to expel the latching tab outwardly to release the latching protrusion from the latching hole of the receptacle.

Abstract: Aspects of this disclosure are directed to techniques to store values indicative of one or more scissor regions in a scissor buffer. In aspects of this disclosure, a processor may receive two dimensional (2-D) coordinates of a scissor region. The processor may transform the 2-D coordinates into coordinates that include more than two dimensions. The processor may store a value indicative of the scissor region in one or more storage units of the scissor buffer based on the coordinates that include more than two dimensions.

Abstract: Isolated regulatory B cells are disclosed, and compositions including these isolated regulatory B cells. The isolated regulatory B cells are mammalian and express T cell immunoglobulin mucin-1 (TIM-1). In some embodiments the regulatory B cells produce IL-10. Methods for treating a subject with an immune-mediated disorder are disclosed. These methods include administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a composition including regulatory B cells, thereby treating the immune mediated disorder in the subject. Methods are also disclosed for treating a subject with an immune-mediated disorder, wherein the methods include administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody that specifically binds TIM-1, wherein the antibody is activates TIM-1+CD19+ B cells. Methods are also disclosed for assessing the immune status of a subject.

Abstract: A method, migration manager, and system of storage system migration. The method includes creating a first zone including a host system in a first SAN-based storage system and an in-band SAN virtualization storage node. The method creates a second zone including a backend storage system in the first SAN-based storage system and the in-band SAN virtualization storage node. A storage unit exported by the backend storage system is mapped to a virtual storage unit created on the in-band SAN virtualization storage node, and a third zone including the host system and backend storage system in the first SAN-based storage system is canceled. The method is performed without disrupting an existing connection path between the host system and the backend storage system in the first SAN-based storage system. A migration manager of a migration system migrates a first SAN-based storage system into an in-band SAN virtualization storage system.

Abstract: A mobile platform with six degrees of freedom includes a static base plate, six branched chain, a dynamic moving plate and twelve fixing assembly. Each of the static base plate and the dynamic moving plate defines six spherical ball sockets. The dynamic moving plate is adjustably and movably mounted upon the static base plate. The six branched chains is adjustably assembled between the static base plate and the dynamic moving plate, enabling the dynamic moving plate to move relative to the static base plate along six degrees of freedom. Each branched chain comprises two ball heads rotatably engaged with one corresponding ball socket of the static base plate and one corresponding ball socket of the dynamic moving plate.

The user may express relative significance to different portions of speech content, so as to generate a personal text content summary.

Abstract: A signal delay detection method, a detection apparatus, and a coder are disclosed to improve accuracy of detecting the signal delay. The method includes: obtaining a first cumulative cross-correlation function according to cross-correlation functions between channel signals; determining a first delay between the channel signals corresponding to the first cumulative cross-correlation function; adjusting a second cumulative cross-correlation function according to a relationship between the first delay and a second delay that exist between the channel signals, where the second delay is obtained at time of adjusting the second cumulative cross-correlation function and an initial value of the second delay is determined according to an initial value of a second weighting coefficient of the second cumulative cross-correlation function; and determining the second delay corresponding to the adjusted second cumulative cross-correlation function as a delay detected between the channel signals.

Abstract: A touch table structure is disclosed. The touch table structure includes a touch tabletop; and a table body disposed below the touch tabletop, the table body including a plurality of side plates disposed on a plurality of side surfaces of the table body, and at least one sliding door disposed on at least one side surface of the table body. The touch tabletop can be prevented from dust and water and therefore can be used in restaurants, pubs, etc. The computer disposed in the touch table structure can be taken out or be exposed out by opening the sliding door, such that the users can change the hardware in the computer according to their demand or use the optical disk drive or the connection port in the exposed computer to install application software freely. The computer can be disposed in the receiving space of the touch table structure in one side, and various small items can be disposed in the receiving space of the touch table structure in the other side.

Abstract: The present invention relates to coatings comprising polyethylene glycol and at least one polyphenolic polymer. In particular, the polyphenolic polymer could be selected from the group consisting of tyrosine-derived polyarylates, linear polyesteramides, dihydroxybenzoate polymers, and resorcinol-derived polymers. The coating of the present invention may also include a drug, such as an antibiotic. The coatings of the present invention are suitable for use as coatings for medical devices, such as orthopedic pins or stents.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a foamable composition that comprises calcium-depleted casein and whey protein that can be whipped to produce a foam having (a) good foaming properties, (b) good heat set properties, or (c) good foaming and heat set properties. The invention also relates to a method of making a foam comprising the steps of (1) providing calcium-depleted casein and whey protein, (2) mixing the foamable composition with a source of water so that the protein concentration in the foamable composition is about 1 to about 25% w/w, and (3) whipping the mixture to a foam, wherein a source of water is added to the calcium-depleted casein or the whey protein or is added to the mixture prior to, or during, being whipped.

Abstract: Systems and methods for data classification and novel data class detection are provided. In one illustrative embodiment, a system or method for detecting a novel class includes receiving a data stream comprising a plurality of data points, and identifying a set of filtered outliers, in the plurality of data points, that are outside of a decision boundary. A cohesion and a separation for the set of filtered outliers may be determined. A novel class may be detected using the cohesion and the separation of the set of filtered outliers, and the novel class may include the set of filtered outliers.

Abstract: A magnetic gear includes a gear base, magnetic members, rotating members, operating members, and a cover. Each magnetic member is a bar magnet. The magnetic members are rotatably positioned on the gear base, and a rotation axis of the magnetic member is substantially parallel to an axis of the magnetic gear. The rotating members are also received in the gear base. The cover is fixed to the gear base, and defines a plurality of through holes corresponding to the magnetic members. The gear base includes a connecting plate. Magnetic torque between two magnetic gears and also the transmission ratio of the corresponding magnetic gears can be both changed by rotating the operating members together with the magnetic members and the rotating members, and by having the rotating member resisting a different restricting surface of the connecting plate.

Abstract: A flip chip semiconductor device has a substrate with a plurality of active devices formed thereon. A passive device is formed on the substrate by depositing a first conductive layer over the substrate, depositing an insulating layer over the first conductive layer, and depositing a second conductive layer over the insulating layer. The passive device is a metal-insulator-metal capacitor. The deposition of the insulating layer and first and second conductive layers is performed without photolithography. An under bump metallization (UBM) layer is formed on the substrate in electrical contact with the plurality of active devices. A solder bump is formed over the UBM layer. The passive device can also be a resistor by depositing a resistive layer over the first conductive layer and depositing a third conductive layer over the resistive layer. The passive device electrically contacts the solder bump.

The method comprises the steps of providing a skin mimic and contacting the skin mimic and the microplate such that the skin mimic is exposed to the sample and the body. The method comprises the steps of causing at least one body to move wherein a portion of the sample is transferred to the skin mimic and quantifying the amount of the sample that is transferred to the skin mimic.
