    Abstract: A rails assembly includes outer and inner rails, an elastic assembly, a hook member. The outer and inner rails are provided with first and second opening portions. The inner rail is disposed on the outer rail. The elastic assembly is disposed on the inner rail. The hook member is connected to the inner rail and opposite to the second opening portion. When the hook member is located at a first position by sliding the inner rail relative to the outer rail, the hook member is pushed by the elastic assembly to pass through the second opening portion. When the hook member is located at a second position in the same manner, the second and first opening portions are opposite to each other and the hook member is pushed by the elastic assembly to pass through the second and first opening portions. An electronic equipment including the rails assembly is provided.

A fingerprint of a data segment of a data stream is calculated and a determination is made as to whether the fingerprint of the data segment matches a corresponding fingerprint in a cache. If the fingerprint matches the corresponding fingerprint, another fingerprint of a subsequent data segment of the data stream is calculated. If the fingerprint does not match the corresponding fingerprint, a segment boundary of the data stream is calculated based on a hash value, a determination is made that a new fingerprint calculated based on the segment boundary does not match the corresponding fingerprint, segment boundaries and new fingerprints are calculated, and a determination is made that a first fingerprint matches another corresponding fingerprint in the cache.

    Abstract: The bacterial plant pathogen Pseudomonas syringae injects effector proteins into host cells via a type III protein secretion system to cause disease. The invention relates to the discovery that the type III effector HopU1 is a mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase (ADP-RT) and suppresses plant innate immunity. The HopU1 substrates in Arabidopsis thaliana extracts were RNA-binding proteins that possess RNA-recognition motifs (RRMs). A. thaliana knock-out lines defective in the glycine-rich RNA-binding protein AtGRP7, a HopU1 substrate, were more susceptible than wild type plants to P. syringae. The ADP-ribosylation of AtGRP7 by HopU1 required two arginines within the RRM. The invention provides novel methods for the modulation of the innate immune response of a plant to a biotic stress, including methods for enhancing or suppressing the innate immune response of the plant.
