Abstract: A group of trays is configured for storing and transporting workpieces. Each tray includes a base and a frame. The base includes a plurality of receiving portion for receiving the workpieces. The frame surrounds the base to form a cavity. A plurality of projections are formed at the outer side of the flange. When two trays are stacked whether in a same direction or opposite direction, the lower tray is partially received in the cavity of the upper tray, and the projections of the lower tray resist the frame of the upper tray to stop the lower tray from being further inserted into the cavity of the upper tray.

Abstract: A plastic laminate comprises a main layer and an abrasion resistant layer formed on the main layer. The main layer is made of polystyrene. The abrasion resistant layer is made of polypropylene and additives. A method for making the plastic laminate is also described there.

Abstract: A packaging material is provided which includes a substrate (11) and a cushioning layer (13) formed on one surface of the substrate. The substrate consists of polystyrene and additives. The cushioning layer is made of silica gel. The present packaging material has better shock absorption performance. A method for making such package material is provided.

Abstract: A packing laminate (100) includes a main layer (10) and a resin film (20). The main layer is advantageously made of polystyrene. The resin film is usefully made of polyethylene. The resin film is formed on a surface of the main layer. Due to the excellent durability of the polyethylene, the packing laminate, overall, has excellent surface wear characteristics and impact resistance, and such a layer of polyethylene can prevent particles in the main layer from otherwise being scraped/abraded off therefrom.
