    Abstract: The present application discloses a semi-dominant molecular marker related to maize dwarf and an application thereof, and relates to the technical field of maize molecular breeding. The molecular marker related to the maize dwarf is caused by a non-synonymous mutation from G to A in a maize gene Zm00001d013465, and the molecular marker is a nucleotide sequence composed of the non-synonymous mutation site and its upstream and downstream bases. The present application identifies a dwarf mutant, coded as E5779, from an EMS mutation population with maize B73 as the genetic background. By genome resequencing and Mutmap mapping, it is found that the mutant is caused by the non-synonymous mutation from G to A in the gene Zm00001d013465. The molecular marker is developed based on this, and the analysis and utilization of E5779 are helpful to improve the maize plant height and density-tolerant breeding, it has an important breeding application potential.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for inhibiting formation of a biofilm of bacteria. Specifically, the method may include treating the bacteria with an effective amount of a coumarin-chalcone compound. While inhibiting the formation of the biofilm of the bacteria, the effective amount of the coumarin-chalcone compound may reduce virulences of the bacteria and enhance a susceptibility of the bacteria to an antibiotic when applied in combination with the antibiotic. The present disclosure further discloses a composition including an effective amount of the coumarin-chalcone compound. The composition may be used to inhibit the formation of the biofilm of bacteria. The composition may also include an antibiotic, a minimal inhibitory concentration and a minimal biofilm eliminate concentration of which are reduced when the composition is used.

    Abstract: A distributed fiber-optic acoustic sensing system and a signal processing method. The distributed fiber-optic acoustic sensing system is based on a high spatial resolution distributed fiber-optic acoustic sensor. The interval between adjacent sensing units is centimeter or millimeter level. Through specific digital signal processing, signal enhancement can be realized, noise in the system and environment are suppressed, at the same time, problems such as interference fading is solved, and the sensor signal-to-noise ratio of subunits can be increased by two to three orders of magnitude. Each subunit can serve as an independent high-sensitivity sensor for sensing. The multiple subunits can form one or more new sensor arrays. The azimuth estimation and spatial orientation of signal sources can be realized by the array signal processing method.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a construction method for a deformable anchor cable capable of being prestressed. The anchor cable includes an outer sleeve, a shrinkage pipe, an inner sleeve, a steel strand, an anchor and a tray. When the anchor cable is in use, a hole is drilled first, then the anchor cable is mounted in the drilled hole, and finally a prestress is applied to the steel strand of the anchor cable. According to the construction method, the construction is convenient; the anchor cable has the characteristics of high strength and large deformation, and can be easily prestressed; and the large deformation is realized by squeezing the inner sleeve by means of the anchor, which completely overcomes the problem of breaking a cold-drawn rod during the large deformation process.
