    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of power tool devices, and more specifically, to a gasoline engine starting relay and a method of starting a gasoline engine. The small two-stroke or four-stroke gasoline engine starting relay comprises a housing, a power transfer end assembly, a power output end assembly, wherein the housing is provided with a device tube slot which has holes on both sides, namely a power transfer end hole and a power output end hole respectively, and which is mated with the power transfer end assembly and the power output end assembly. It can significantly improve and resolve the starting performance of a gasoline engine, and avoid difficulty in the hand-pulled starting so that the starting effect on a gasoline engine with large emissions for female workers, who may find difficulty in hand-pulled starting, is extremely obvious.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a pulse encoding method for use by a voice encoder. An initial number of coding bits is determined according to number of pulses in an input signal. An index value is calculated according to information of the pulses in the input signal. The index value is compared with an adjustment threshold value. If the index value is smaller than the adjustment threshold value, the index value is encoded using a reduced number of encoding bits. If the index value is not smaller than the adjustment threshold value, the index value plus an offset value is encoded using the initial number of encoding bits. The reduced number of encoding bits is smaller than the initial number of encoding bits, and the offset value is greater than or equal to the adjustment threshold value.

Therefore, when multiple mobile devices are used to play a same audio file, the mobile devices can avoid performing a same operation, thereby increasing a quantity of audio channels of the audio file, expanding a sound field of the audio file, and improving a playing effect of the audio file.

The CMUT elements are separated by isolation trenches that do not extend into any cavity of the cells. The enzymes disclosed in the present invention do not interfere with each other.

    Abstract: A through substrate via (TSV) and method of forming the same are provided. The method of making the TSV may include etching a via opening into the backside of semiconductor substrate, the via opening exposing a surface of a metal landing structure. A conductive layer is deposited over the backside of semiconductor substrate, sidewalls of the via opening, and exposed surface of the metal landing structure. The conductive layer is coated with a polymer material, filling the via opening. The polymer material is developed to remove the polymer material from the backside of semiconductor substrate, leaving the via opening filled with undeveloped polymer material. A planar backside surface of semiconductor substrate is formed by removing the conductive layer.
