The compound is capable of reducing human aortic endothelial inflammation caused by a saturated fatty acid, for example, reducing the mRNA levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), and is capable of effectively protecting the function of mitochondria in human aortic endothelium from being damaged by a saturated fatty acid, for example, increasing the expression of mitochondrial complex I.

If the positioning detection module detects that the rotation motion module is abnormal, the FPGA control chip controls the rotation motion module to stop moving.

    Abstract: An advanced nitrogen removal method using partial nitrification-denitrification coupled two-stage autotrophic denitrification. Sewage is introduced into a first pool for partial nitrification-denitrification treatment, and then introduced into a first regulating reservoir. Dissolved oxygen content in the first pool is kept at 0.4-0.6 mg/L. Water is discharged when a molar ratio of nitrite nitrogen to ammonia nitrogen in the first regulating reservoir is 1.0-1.3:1. Effluent in the regulating reservoir is introduced into a second pool for anaerobic ammonia oxidation treatment, and then introduced into a second regulating reservoir. In the second pool, pH is 7.0-7.4, a temperature is 22-28° C. Effluent in the second regulating reservoir and sulfides are introduced into a third pool for denitrification treatment. Water is discharged. In the third pool, pH is 7.5-8.0, a temperature is 28-32° C., a mass ratio of sulfur to nitrogen is 1.9-2.0:1.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a Proteus mirabilis phage RDP-SA-16033. The host of the Proteus mirabilis phage is Proteus mirabilis S5. The phage may form a plaque having a diameter of 4-6 mm on a double-layer plate. When observed through an electron microscope, the phage has a head in polyhedral cubic symmetry, is coated by nucleic acid, has a diameter of about 70 nm, has a tail of about 150 nm long, has a tail sheath, has a neck connected to the head and the tail, and belongs to tailed virales myovirus division. The present invention further provides a production process of the phage. After centrifugation of value-added liquid, a titer of the phage is increased by membrane concentration, and then residual host and other infectious microbes in value-added are effectively removed by a ceramic membrane and a 0.22 ?m polyethersulfone filter membrane. Meanwhile, the phage is reserved to the utmost extent.
