Abstract: A cutting tool with asymmetric structures on cutting teeth has multiple toothed surfaces. Each of the toothed surfaces has multiple groove structures dividing a side edge of the toothed surface into the cutting teeth. Since the groove structures of the toothed surfaces are arranged in an asymmetric and complementary manner, contact areas between the cutting teeth on the toothed surfaces of the cutting tool and a workpiece are reduced. The cutting teeth on the toothed surfaces of the cutting tool are not worn and broken easily. When the cutting tool is used for cutting hard brittle material, machining quality, accuracy, and efficiency are enhanced.

Abstract: Systems for prosecuting Internet messaging campaigns. Two or more data sources are determined where at least one of the data sources comprise demographic attributes corresponding to shared IDs such as recipient IDs. A first join operation is performed over matching instances of the shared IDs in the two or more data sources. The first join operation results in a personalization table comprising rows having at least recipient IDs, respective external addresses, and at least one of the demographic attributes. The personalization table is transformed into a key-value data structure that is published to a caching subsystem. The caching subsystem is used to select a first set of recipients determined without performing a second join operation. Personalized messages to at least some of the first and second set of recipients are formed using the message template and the key-value data structures.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for high-performance data processing. A policy is received that indicates a cutoff time. A request is processed to return the data item from the cache if the cutoff time is satisfied for the data item or return the data item from the database or not at all if the cutoff time is not satisfied for the data item. If the data item retrieved from the database, metadata associated with the data item is stored to indicate when the data item was last marked as in sync with the database.

Abstract: A method for obtaining a three-phase power flow of a power distribution network and a device for obtaining a three-phase power flow of a power distribution network are provided. The method comprises steps of: selecting a three-phase power transformer with an ungrounded neutral connection in the power distribution network; correcting a three-phase admittance matrix of the three-phase power transformer; and applying the three-phase admittance matrix to a preset algorithm to obtain a three-phase power flow of the power distribution network.

Abstract: A charger with a replaceable plug includes a charger body; a groove is provided on an end portion of a lateral surface of the charger body, and a folding plug is hinged in the groove. A removable plug is also plugged in the groove, and the removable plug is formed of a support, conductive pins and positioning raised ribs disposed on the support, and conductive metal elastic pieces connected with the conductive pins; an end face of the positioning raised ribs, facing the conductive pins of the folding plug is provided with connecting holes matching the conductive pins, and the conductive metal elastic pieces are arranged in the connecting holes. When the positioning raised ribs are plugged into the groove, the conductive metal elastic pieces are tightly connected with the conductive pins of the folding plug. The present invention is simple in structure and convenient to use.

Upon receiving known problem symptoms of the current problem from the customer, a search of problem causes is conducted in a knowledge database to find potential causes corresponding to the known problem symptoms. If conventional techniques cannot determine the target cause of the current problem, an attribute is selected which is not among the attributes associated with the known problem symptoms in the database. The attribute selection is based on the attribute deemed most likely to identify the target cause of the current problem from among the potential causes found in the knowledge database.

Abstract: A method for making a housing includes the following steps: modifying nano silicon dioxide using thirteen fluorine octyltriethoxysilane to make fluoroalkyl-modified nano silicon dioxide; mixing the fluoroalkyl-modified nano silicon dioxide, an organic solvent, and a filmogen together to make a coating solution; providing a plastic substrate; spraying the coating solution to the surface of the plastic substrate and drying to make a layer.

Abstract: A plastic composite comprises a first plastic substrate, an adhesive layer formed on the first plastic substrate, and a second plastic substrate formed on the adhesive layer. The first plastic substrate is made of thermoplastic resin material. The second plastic substrate is made of thermosetting resin material. The adhesive layer mainly comprises amino silane coupling agent. A method for manufacturing the plastic composites is also provided.
