    Abstract: An anti-blue light resin lens with a refractive index of 1.50, including the following components: 100 parts by weight of resin monomer, 0.1-10 parts by weight of anti-blue light powder, 0.1-1 part by weight of initiator, 0.1-1 part by weight of antioxidant and 0.1-1 part by weight of light stabilizer; the resin monomer is a mixture of a monofunctional acrylate and a polyfunctional acrylate, and a mass ratio of the monofunctional acrylate to the polyfunctional acrylate in the mixture is (10-50):(50-90); with the raw materials according to the specific ratio, the anti-blue light resin lens with a refractive index of 1.50 provided in the disclosure has a higher blue light absorptivity, a low yellowness index, a high visible light transmittance and good impact resistance.

The resin lens includes a module layer with a refractive index being 1.74, a dyeable layer with a refractive index being 1.60 is poured on an upper surface of the module layer, an upward curved degree of the dyeable layer is the same as an upward curved degree of the module layer, and a center thickness of the dyeable layer is 0.5-1.2 mm. According to the dyeable 1.74 resin lens of the present invention, a layer of dyeable 1.60plus resin lens is attached to a surface of a 1.74 lens, dyeing performance is good, a visible light transmittance can reach 10-30%, and the blank that the 1.74 lens cannot be dyed is filled.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a photochromic resin lens with a refractivity of 1.50 and a preparation method thereof. The lens comprises a resin monomer, a photochromic organic material, an initiator, an antioxidant and a photo stabilizer at a weight ratio of 100:0.01-0.1:1-10:0.1-0.9:0.1-0.9. The resin monomer is a mixture of a monofunctional acrylate, a difunctional acrylate and a tetrafunctional acrylate at a weight ratio of 10-80:10-50:10-50. In the present invention, a low-refractivity photochromic resin lens with a refractivity of 1.50 and an Abbe number of 58 is prepared. The lens does not contain toxic materials, is safer and more environmentally friendly to wear and produce, and has high Abbe number, clear imaging, high visible light transmittance, and high product pass rate. The visible light transmittance under UV irradiation is less than 20%, the color is deep, and the photochromic effect is good.
