The hydraulic cylinder includes a cylinder body, a piston and a piston rod. The piston rod is connected to the gate. The lower part of the inner cavity of the cylinder body is connected to the water inlet pipeline through a gate opening power pipelines. The upper part of the inner cavity of the cylinder body is connected to a gate closing driving device, which is used to drive the gate and close the gate valve.
