Abstract: An all-in-one machine for folding and boxing fresh-keeping bags, and comprises: a base, an unwinding roller, a controller, a traction mechanism, a loosening prevention mechanism and a folding mechanism; the traction mechanism comprises a pushing assembly and four suction cups; the loosening prevention mechanism comprises a sliding assembly, a rotating assembly and a top plate; the folding mechanism comprises a cutting assembly, an edge sealing assembly and two folding assemblies; and the pushing assembly, the cutting assembly, the edge sealing assembly and the two folding assemblies are all electrically connected to the controller. The present invention can cut connected plastic bags into a plurality of equal-length fresh-keeping bags, can fold same together in a staggered S-shape and can store same.
