The charging method includes: obtaining an equivalent impedance between a charger and a charging chip of a terminal and a battery impedance of a battery in the terminal; obtaining a charging power according to the battery impedance, the equivalent impedance and a target power, where the target power includes a maximum power supported by the battery or a maximum power supported by the charger; and controlling the charger to charge the battery according to the charging power.

The embodiments of the present application can reduce or eliminate the same frequency interference in the group services.
