    Abstract: In a missing-call notification method, a called party is called by a calling party. When the called party is unconnectable, a calling request sent by the calling party to the called party is obtained; missing-call information of the calling party is recorded; and a notification message according to the missing-call information is generated. The notification message is sent to the called party. By retrieving the notification message containing the phone message left by the calling party, the called party may conveniently obtain the communication object of the calling party.
