Abstract: A traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating neuritis. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared mainly from Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix, Angelicae Pubescentis Radix, Poria, Saposhnikoviae Radix, Schizonepetae Herba, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Platycodonis Radix, Bupleuri Radix, Peucedani Radix, Aurantii Fructus, and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. The traditional Chinese medicine composition can significantly relieve facial paralysis, movement disorders, and other related symptoms of facial neuritis in a rat, remarkably improve expression of VEGFb, VEGFR1, and VEGFR2 proteins in postoperative side facial nerves of the rat, and promote recovery and regeneration of damaged rear axons.

Abstract: Systems and methods for optimizing an online on-demand service are provided. A method may include: obtaining driver information associated with a plurality of historical drivers corresponding to the plurality of historical orders; for each historical driver during a predetermined period of time, determining a plurality of records based on the order information and the driver information according to a decision-making processes, each record includes a driver's space-time status, a driver's action, a driver's revenue, and a driver's subsequent space-time status; and determining a value function based on the plurality of records of each historical driver according to a reinforcement learning algorithm.

Abstract: A method for optimizing order allocation in an online car hailing service for a target area is provided. The method includes obtaining historical order information of the target area; establishing a directed graph based on the historical order information, the directed graph including a plurality of nodes and directed edges that connect the nodes; determining an upper bound of the directed graph and a corresponding optimal solution based on a plurality of constraint conditions; and optimizing an order allocation strategy for the target area based on the upper bound and the optimal solution.
