Abstract: Display panel and display device are provided. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area. The non-display area includes a bending area and a first area. The first area is located on a side of the bending area away from the display area. The display panel comprises a substrate, a driving array layer disposed on a side of the substrate, and a touch function layer disposed on a side of the driving array layer away from the substrate. The driving array layer includes a first metal layer. In the first area, the first metal layer includes a plurality of first touch signal lines and a plurality of first fixed potential signal lines. At least one first fixed potential signal line of the plurality of first fixed potential signal lines is disposed between two adjacent first touch signal lines of the plurality of first touch signal lines.
