    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a server for platooning. The method provides: obtaining, based on a platooning request message, a first vehicle type and first kinematic information of a vehicle to join a platoon, a second vehicle type and second kinematic information of a current tail of the platoon, first sensor operating status information of the vehicle to join the platoon, and second sensor operating status information of the current tail vehicle; performing vehicle kinematic determination to obtain a kinematic determination result; performing sensor determination to obtain a sensor determination result; transmitting a confirmation request message to a vehicle of the platoon when the determination results are both successful; and controlling, upon receiving a request approval message, the vehicle to join the platoon to establish a V2V communication connection with each vehicle in the platoon. The method can achieve platoon without any road side unit.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may establish one or more wireless connections for different subscriptions with a base station. The UE may receive an indication of a temporary mobile subscription identifier (TMSI) from the base station during a registration procedure. The UE may calculate a paging occasion (PO) based on the TMSI and may determine the PO fails to satisfy a threshold timing value. The UE may transmit one or more registration request to trigger additional registration procedures in which base station may transmit a new TMSI. The UE may calculate an updated PO based on the new TMSI. The UE may periodically receive one or more paging messages from the base station in a set of POs based on calculating the updated PO.

The compressed feature data can be directly used.

    Abstract: A substation-control center tow-level distributed grid nonlinear state estimation method is provided. RTU measurement data and PMU measurement data at each voltage level in each substation are collected. Performing a first three-phase state estimation is performed to obtain a first estimation result. Bad data from the RTU measurement data and the PMU measurement data are removed to estimate a state of a CB. A new CB island at each voltage level is formed, and a second three-phase state estimation for the new CB island is performed to obtain a final estimation result, in which the new CB island is a bus. The final estimation result is processed to obtain ripe data. And the ripe data, a part of the RTU measurement data and a part of the PMU measurement data are collected and a whole grid state estimation is performed.
