    Abstract: The invention provides a series of halogenated tetracyclic triterpene derivatives and their preparation and application. It is represented by the following general structural formula: R1 is halogen, R2 is H, and the halogen is selected from fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine; or R1 and R2 are each fluorine, and R3 is an amine, alcohol, amino acid, peptide or phosphate linked to oxygen through an acyl group. The derivatives are relatively stable in rat whole blood through pharmacokinetic studies. The absolute bioavailability after a single intragastric administration for male and female rats was 15.6% and 28.4% respectively. The mean bioavailability was 22%. The derivatives showed better in vivo activities compared with the existing standard drugs enalapril and sacubitril valsartan sodium. Meanwhile, hydrophilic prodrugs of the tetracyclic triterpenoid derivatives in the present invention were prepared. The derivatives of the present invention can be used for preparing cardiovascular medicines.

    Abstract: A numerical method for simulating a Karez well in association with a groundwater model includes: first, a Karez well section is divided into an underground channel, an open channel and an overflow area, wherein corresponding parameter values are assigned to each part; second, a Karez well conceptual model is established according to the parameters; third, based on the conceptual model, a dynamic relationship between the Karez well and groundwater is simulated using finite difference matrix equations; fourth, a water balance calculation is performed on the converged simulation result (head values); finally, water balance errors, parameter values in the conceptual model and the simulated head value are computed and output for all time periods. This method can simulate the whole process of the Karez well water flow from water collection to water impounding, providing a new approach for analyzing the Karez well seasonal water demand while used in agricultural water management.

It has been demonstrated by animal experiments that the tetrahydronaphtho[1,2-b]furan-2(3H)-one derivative can significantly inhibit the adjuvant-induced in Wistar male rats so that it can alleviate the primary and secondary lesions, showing a preventive activity to some extent. Therefore, the tetrahydronaphtho[1,2-b]furan-2(3H)-one derivative provided herein is applicable to the preparation of a drug for preventing/treating rheumatoid arthritis, and has promising clinical applications.
