    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for cleaning a process chamber and an application thereof. The method for cleaning a process chamber includes: (a) turning on a remote plasma system, exciting a clean-process gas into plasma, and supplying remote plasma to the process chamber; (b) after operation of the remote plasma system reaches a stable state, turning on a radio-frequency power supply system in the process chamber, re-exciting and enhancing the remote plasma positioned in the process chamber by the radio-frequency power supply system, and using both the remote plasma system and the radio-frequency power supply system for jointly acting and cleaning the process chamber during a period of cleaning time; (c) when the cleaning of the process chamber is completed, firstly turning off the radio-frequency power supply system in the process chamber; and (d) then turning off the remote plasma system.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for techniques for logical-to-physical information compression are described. In some cases, a memory system may compress a logical-to-physical (L2P) mapping to expand the quantity of physical addresses mapped by the L2P mapping. For example, if a set of consecutive entries of an uncompressed L2P mapping includes consecutive physical addresses, the memory system may compress the consecutive entries into a single entry which includes a starting physical address of the consecutive physical addresses. Additionally, the memory system may include an indication of a starting logical address corresponding to the starting physical address in the compressed entry. To identify a physical address within the compressed entry, the memory system may determine an offset between a logical address corresponding to the physical address and the starting physical address using the indication, and may apply the offset to the starting physical address to determine the physical address.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a structure and a method for solving parasitic plasma in a plasma processing apparatus, which belong to the field of plasma processing apparatus. In the structure, a first gas channel is in communication with a narrow-bore insulating tube and a second gas channel. The narrow-bore insulating tube is configured to feed a process gas into a gas distribution assembly. An on-off valve is disposed between the second gas channel and the first gas channel. The second gas channel is configured to feed a cleaning gas into the gas distribution assembly. Therefore, on the one hand, the on-off valve can be closed before the processing, and a cleaning gas with a preset pressure can be fed into the wide-bore insulating tube and the second gas channel, thereby forming a relatively high-pressure environment in the wide-bore insulating tube and the second gas channel.

The manufacturing method can make the ceramic tile produced have a clear pattern, distinct layers, low glaze glossiness, a good non-slip effect, an obvious sense of dry particles, a strong three-dimensional effect, rich colors, and stable properties.

According to the new method, consideration is given to the effects of the crystal slip system and the polycrystal plastic strain on the welding process performance of the material. A welding process damage and fatigue life assessment model is established on the mesoscopic scale. The effect of microscopic characterizations of materials on the welding process performance, as well as on the fatigue damage and life of welded joints, can be studied from the mesoscopic point of view. The relationship between the welding process and the evolution of the material performance can be determined by the macro-mesoscopic coupling calculation model to further determine the effect and degree of welding processes on the fatigue damage and life of materials.

The micro-macroscopic scale coupled model is based on the macroscopic representative area and the microstructure characterization of the material, and the microscopic sub-model is established by the Voronoi algorithm. The algorithm has good cross-platform compatibility and portability, fundamentally solves the technical problem of micro-macroscopic multi-scale coupling and establishes and applies the multi-scale coupled model to the fatigue damage and life assessment. The micro-macroscopic multi-scale coupled fatigue damage and life assessment model and algorithm of the material is capable of both considering the fatigue damage evolution on a microscopic scale and assessing the fatigue life, as well as calculating and assessing the two physical parameters on a macroscopic scale, so as to predict the fatigue damage and life of the whole workpiece.
