Abstract: A signal decision equalization method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining an input signal; determining a decision circuit of the input signal; obtaining a first group of decision thresholds and a first group of equalization expectations of the decision circuit; determining a decision value of the input signal based on the first group of equalization expectations, the first group of decision thresholds, and the input signal, and outputting the decision value; updating, based on the decision value and the input signal, a first equalization expectation that is in the first group of equalization expectations and that corresponds to the decision value to a second equalization expectation to obtain a second group of equalization expectations; and updating at least one decision threshold in the first group of decision thresholds based on the second equalization expectation to obtain a second group of decision thresholds.

Abstract: In an aspect, there is provided method for cancelling anonymization for an area including a target in an input image, the input image including a plurality of identified subjects, the method comprising: retrieving historical images in which the target has appeared in; identifying an area by comparing the input image and the retrieved historical images to determine if the target has interacted with at least one of the identified subjects; and cancelling anonymization for the area including the target.

Abstract: According to the first aspect, there is a method for determining a contextual threshold, the contextual threshold indicating a likelihood of connection between a first subject and a second subject, the method comprising identifying an image of the first subject and the second subject in a frame within which the first subject and the second subject appear; identifying multi-dimensional information relating to the first subject and the second subject based on the identified image; and determining the contextual threshold based on the identified multi-dimensional information relating to the first subject and the second subject.

Abstract: Present disclosure provides a method and an apparatus (404) for estimating an appearance of a first target in a frame, the frame being one in which a second target appears and the first target does not appear. The method comprising: retrieving appearance data relating to the first target in at least two frames before and after the frame within a threshold period, the at least two frames being those in which the first target appears; identifying location information and time information of the first target in the at least two frames based on the retrieved appearance data; and estimating the appearance of the first target in the frame based on the identified location information and the time information.

Abstract: This invention, which involves a method of turning vegetable asphalt into high-quality boiler fuel, belongs to the field of natural asphalt processing technology. It is intended for acid desaponification of vegetable asphalt at 50 to 100° C., then water washing is performed removing impurities and salt; following this, the asphalt is allowed to stand to separate into layers and the aqueous phase is removed. Neutralization to pH=7 to 8 is then performed using alkali and, after another water wash is performed, the asphalt is allowed to stand to separate into layers and the aqueous phase is separated from it. Then the substance obtained thereby is dried yielding the product. Vegetable asphalt that has undergone modification has the advantages of having low viscosity, generating a small amount of ash, having low sulfur content and a low flash point, and of not being prone to coking when it is burned, and the like, and ensures boiler heat efficiency and also prolongs boiler's useful life and reduces pollution.

Abstract: This invention discloses a method and equipment for preparing isobutylene using tertiary butyl alcohol. The equipment comprises a reaction vessel and a separating column. The upper portion of the separating column is fitted with a column top condenser, and the bottom of the column is fitted with a heater. The reaction vessel and the separating column are connected to each other by means of a pipe. One end of the dehydration column is connected to the heater at the bottom of the separating column, and the other end, after passing through a cooling unit, is connected to a distributor at the top of the separating column. A condenser with an outlet is connected to the outside of the said column top condenser.
