In some embodiments, the administration of the one or more glucocorticoid receptor agonists and the one or more inhibitors of calcineurin results in restoration of contact inhibition, increased formation of intercellular junctions, reduced cell proliferation, and/or increased vacuolization of cells growing in multilayer zones. Included herein are methods for identification of novel compounds that restore contact inhibition in cancer cells.

    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for sequence-to-sequence conversion from unstructured search queries to structured database queries, so that lay persons may retrieve information from relational databases without specialized knowledge of database query languages. An encoder module and a decoder module of a learning model are trained to convert an unstructured search query to an intermediate feature vector by computing co-attention and self-attention based on a context string and a database schema, encoding the database schema in the context string by application of self-attention between the context string containing tokens of the database schema with learned structural attention heads which relate the token to logic of the database. Training is performed using labeled training datasets which include structured database queries which are normalized by parsing into a semantic representation thereof, followed by linearization.

    Abstract: A method for quantifying viscoelasticity of a medium includes: obtaining a position-time graph of vibration propagation after the medium is subjected to a vibration excitation, determining an angle with maximum signal energy in the position-time graph by using angle projection, where the angle with the maximum signal energy corresponds to a slope of the position-time graph and the slope of the position-time graph is the propagation velocity of the vibration in the medium. Since the propagation velocity of the vibration in the medium is related to the viscoelasticity of the medium, a viscoelasticity parameter of the medium can be quantitatively calculated after the slope of the position-time graph is obtained. The method does not need to select a feature point from the position-time graph to calculate the slope of the position-time graph, and can efficiently and accurately quantifies viscoelasticity of the medium.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and an apparatus for acquiring motion information. A frequency domain transformation is performed on a detection signal of a vibration propagating in a medium to obtain a frequency domain signal, then a signal that is outside of a defined vibration velocity range is removed from the frequency domain signal, that is, only a vibration signal is retained, and then a position-time diagram is obtained along a defined vibration propagation direction. It is not necessary to perform motion estimation on propagation of the vibration by a complicated calculation, and it is only necessary to determine the presence or absence of the vibration by processing in the frequency domain, and then the position-time diagram is obtained, which is a highly efficient method for acquiring motion information.

    Abstract: A method for breeding new purple-orange Chinese cabbage germplasm crosses the purple head Chinese cabbage inbred line 11S96 as the male parent and the orange Chinese cabbage inbred line 11J11 as the female parent. On the basis of selecting individual plants with good heading property in the F2 population, molecular markers are used to select individual plants carrying the purple-head gene and the orange gene. Through selfing of individual plants for three consecutive generations, a new Chinese cabbage germplasm with green outer leaves and purple-orange head leaves is bred. This method aggregates the purple-head gene and orange gene which are expressed in the head leaves of Chinese cabbage, creating a new Chinese cabbage germplasm with purple-orange head leaves. It enriches Chinese cabbage breeding materials, lays the foundation for breeding the new purple-orange Chinese cabbage variety, and sets a precedent for the aggregation of the head color traits of Chinese cabbage.
