    Abstract: A molecular marker for diagnosing primary biliary cholangitis and a method for detecting same are provided. The anti-human multimer immunoglobulin receptor antibody is adopted as the primary biliary cholangitis diagnosis molecular marker so as to prepare the diagnosis reagent; the human multimer immunoglobulin receptor antibody is remarkably increased in serum of PBC AMA-M2 subtype positive and negative patients, which indicates that in the attack of PBC, the serum anti-human multimer immunoglobulin receptor antibody specifically targets human multimer immunoglobulin receptors on small and medium bile ducts in the liver, thereby causing damage to the small and medium bile ducts.

    Abstract: In a method for video call handover between exclusive circuit switching (CS) and packet switching (PS) networks, a first CS video call parameter of a user equipment is acquired after the user equipment establishes a video call within a PS domain. A second CS video call parameter of a mobile switching center (MSC) server is read from an information table. The first CS video call parameter is compared with the second CS video call parameter to discover any common parameter. Such a common parameter is transmitted to the MSC server when the video call of the user equipment is transferred from the PS domain to a CS domain. A confirmed parameter is received from the MSC server, and transmitted to the user equipment to re-establish the video call within the CS domain.

The signal processing unit determines a maximum sustained rate (MSR) of an extended real-time polling service (ERTPS) flow according to the request information. The signal processing unit determines whether or not the MSR enables support multiway calls, if the MSR cannot support multiway calls, the signal processing unit creates a quality o service (QoS) flow as an OFOC mode. If the MSR enables the multiway calls, the signal processing unit compares load values of the BS with a threshold value, and sets the QoS flow to the OFOC mode or to an OFAC mode according to the comparison.
