    Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes identifying a first device as being located at a first physical location associated with a meeting, and determining when the first device is no longer located at the first physical location during the meeting. When it is determined that the first device is no longer located at the first physical location during the meeting, the method also includes determining whether to provide a meeting link to the first device, the meeting link being arranged to allow the first device to join the meeting. Finally, the method includes providing the meeting link to the first device if it is determined that the meeting link is to be provided to the first device.
