    Abstract: A Lactobacillus plantarum 121-5 is disclosed. The preservation number is CGMCC No. 27418, and the Lactobacillus plantarum is preserved in the China general microbiological culture collection center on May 24, 2023. The Lactobacillus plantarum 121-5 has high beta-glucosidase activity, can efficiently convert polydatin to prepare resveratrol, and has short conversion time and high conversion rate. Meanwhile, the conversion condition is mild, safe and reliable, and the large-scale preparation is easy. The strain is directly applied to fermentation of foods and medicines (edible and medicinal plants or fruits and vegetables) containing polydatin, so that the resveratrol content in a fermentation product is improved, and the biological activity of the product is improved.

    Abstract: Embodiments of invention mitigate stealthy DoS attack and the multiple concurrent ghost calls through enhancing the SIP call procedures. In one embodiment, a first SIP invite message is forwarded from a caller party to a callee party to set up a SIP session, and in response to the first SIP invite message, a timer is started and forwarding one or more session progress messages are forwarded to the caller party. If the caller party is unresponsive upon expiration of the timer, a counter is incremented once and an additional SIP invite message from the caller party is forwarded to the callee party, which responds with session progress messages. When the caller party remains unresponsive and the counter reaches a threshold, the subsequent SIP messages from the caller party are dropped.

The method assigns a same virtual Internet protocol VIPA to the network device and a set of servers. The network device is assigned a set of next hop IP addresses, where each next hop IP address corresponds to a route to a server, and the VIPA of the network device is advertised to outside of the load balancing system. When a packet is a first packet from a source of a communication session and destined to the VIPA, the network device selects a next hop IP address to forward to a server according to its load balancing policy. The selection is saved so that subsequent packets of the same communication session from the same source will be forwarded to the same server.
