    Abstract: Provided is a lamination device for a photovoltaic module. The lamination device includes: a conveyor, a vacuum adsorption structure, a vacuum break structure and a lamination wheel. The vacuum adsorption structure is disposed on a first end of the conveyor, and configured to adsorb the photovoltaic module to the conveyor. The vacuum break structure is disposed on a second end of the conveyor, and configured to separate the photovoltaic module from the conveyor. The lamination wheel is disposed above the conveyor. A lamination gap is provided between the lamination wheel and the conveyor. A projection of the lamination wheel on the conveyor is between a projection of the vacuum adsorption structure on the conveyor and a projection of the vacuum break structure on the conveyor.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a solar cell degaussing device, a solar cell production system and a solar cell degaussing method, the solar cell degaussing device comprises: a controller, a degausser, a sensing unit and a switching unit; the controller is connected to the sensing unit and the switching unit respectively; the switching unit is connected to the degausser; after the sensing unit detects presence of a cell slice, the controller triggers the switching unit to act so as to enable the degausser to be powered, and the powered degausser performs a degaussing treatment to the cell slice. The present disclosure solves the problem of lack of a cell slice degaussing device in the field of solar cell production, and the present device thereby can eliminate the magnetic of a magnetized cell slice, decrease the magnetic adsorption phenomena of facilities, and thus improve production efficiency.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a thread tension adjusting device comprising a body, a tension rod, an elastic element and an adjusting knob. A thread passing eye for inputting a thread is arranged below the body. A tension wheel and a thread passing wheel are rotatably arranged on the body. An adjusting knob is used for adjusting a rotational speed of the tension wheel. The elastic element has one end connected to the body and another end connected to the tension rod. The thread tension adjusting device may ensure stability of tensioning and transmitting of the thread by cooperation between the tension rod and the tension wheel, and improve precision for thread tension adjusting by the adjusting knob. In addition, the thread tension adjusting device may monitor thread breakage by the tension detector, and ensure operating stability and safety of the thread tension adjusting device.
