The method includes: controlling a first lens of a first image acquisition unit to move from a first position in a first direction, and controlling a second lens of a second image acquisition unit to move from the first position in a second direction opposite to the first direction; obtaining at least one first focus value in a first focus area corresponding to the first image acquisition unit during said moving in the first direction, and obtaining at least one second focus value in a second focus area corresponding to the second image acquisition unit during said moving in the second direction; performing a first calculation on the at least one first focus value and the at least one second focus value to obtain a third focus value; and controlling the first and second image acquisition units to implement focusing based on the third focus value.
