    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a preparation method of pressed Scandia-doped dispenser cathode using microwave sintering. Embodiments of the present disclosure include dissolving some nitrates and ammonium metatungstate with deionized water to prepare a homogeneous solution. Precursor powder with uniform size is obtained by spray drying, the precursor powder is decomposed, and two-step reduction may be proceeded to form doped tungsten powder with uniform element distribution. The cathode is prepared by one-time microwave sintering. One-time forming of cathode sintering is realized, and sintering shrinkage and sintering time are reduced significantly. The method has excellent repeatability, and the cathode has a homogeneous structure and excellent emission performance at 950° C.

    Abstract: An aerothermal-radiation correction method, including: using a Gaussian surface to approximate a thermal radiation noise, performing a Fourier transform on the Gaussian surface so as to obtain a centralized spectrum of the thermal radiation noise, constructing a filter function H based on the centralized spectrum of the thermal radiation noise; performing a Fourier transform on the aerothermal-radiation degraded image f so as to obtain a centralized spectrum F, taking dot product of F and H to obtain a filtered spectrum G; and performing an inverse Fourier transform on filtered spectrum G to obtain a modulus, and acquire a corrected image. The method effectively removes background noise generated by aerothermal radiation, greatly improves image quality and image signal-to-noise ratio. The method features reduced computational complexity and a shorter operation time, and is suited for real-time processing.

The recombinant plasmid was transformed into E. coli K4 to obtain a recombinant E. coli strain ZQ33 that can produce fructosylated chondroitin up to 3.99 g·L?1 by fed-batch fermentation in a 5-L fermentor, which was increased by 108.90% compared to that of the wild type strain.

    Abstract: A Volume Bragg grating (VBG) is placed in the back of a collimating lens, the incident angle between exposure light beam and the Volume Bragg grating is equal to the Bragg angle of the Volume Bragg grating. A photodetector is placed in the ?1 grade transmission diffraction light path of the Volume Bragg grating which the exposure light beam is emitted to. The pinhole filter is moved back and forth along an optical axis and the reading of the photodetector is observed in real time. The method for adjusting the self-collimation optical path is provided, using the Volume Bragg grating to detect the parallelism of self-collimation light and substituting for a traditional Moire pattern adjustment method.
