    Abstract: The present invention discloses a process for preparing a flame-retardant, lightfast, low fogging and degradable car seat leather wherein ammonia salt deliming is replaced with an ammonia free one, tetrakis hydroxymethyl phosphonium sulfate and the flame-retardant starchy leather surfactant are used as the tanning agents to replace the conventional chrome tanning agent, hot water washing is used to reduce the fogging value of the seat leather, the flame-retardant performance is enhanced by combination of retanning, greasing and coating, the lightfast material is applied to enhance the lightfastness of the coating and the spray coating is replace with the roller coating to lower the consumption of the paints.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing carbon nanotubes graphene modified aqueous polyurethane coatings and adhesives: under the presence of dibutyltin dilaurate as catalysts, mixing polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol with isophorone diisocyanate, reacting at 60° C. to 80° C., adding 2-sulfobenzoic anhydride, carboxylated carbon nanotubes and graphene sheet into the mixture, reacting at 90° C. for 2 hours, and then polyurethane prepolymer A is obtained; adding chain extender and acetone into prepolymer A, reacting at 65° C. to 75° C., adding D-panthenol and 2,4,6-trihydroxy benzoic acid, reacting at 75° C. to 85° C. for 0.5 to 2 hours, adding triethylamine and benzamide for neutralization, reacting for 30-50 min, adding water for emulsification, and then carbon nanotubes graphene modified aqueous polyurethane coatings and adhesives are obtained. The prepared polyurethane is environment-friendly and low cost, can be wildly used as adhesives on plastic, glass, paper-making and textiles.

The mold-clamping apparatus with a dual-driving function comprises a driving assembly, a mold-opening/closing assembly, a mold-moving assembly, and a base. The driving assembly includes a servo motor, which actuates both mold-opening/closing and mold-moving assemblies, respectively. The parison thickness programming apparatus is driven by asynchronous motors, which run in a single direction continuously to result in a required axial parison thickness distribution. An extrusion blow molding method is realized using the machine.
