The monolithic container has a lower reservoir from which to dispense the liquid, an upper reservoir substantially adjacent to the lower reservoir to replenish the liquid in the lower reservoir, and a narrowing between the upper and lower reservoirs. An exit port communicates with the lower reservoir and is oriented in an upward direction relative to the lower reservoir. A corresponding system and method are also disclosed and claimed herein.
