Abstract: A system, method and computer program product are provided for managing content for output on a wireless device. Content selected for output on a wireless device is displayed on a management screen substantially as it will be displayed on the wireless device. Organization and formatting of the content is allowed. A method for structuring navigation data in a wireless publisher is provided. Content selected for output on a wireless device is aggregated in a habitat having views with windows. An identifier of each of the views and windows is depicted in a navigation tree. Links of the windows are displayed under the identifiers of the associated windows. Linking from one window in one view to another window in another view using the navigation tree is allowed. In a further embodiment of the present invention, a method for presenting a preview of content on a display of a wireless device is provided.

Abstract: A system, method, and processor readable medium containing code for causing a processor to synchronize a secondary database system, such as one stored on a palmtop electronic device, with a distributed database system, comprising a main database and at least one replica database. The system further comprises a modification module that contains entries for modifications that have been made to the secondary database since a previous synchronization between the secondary database and the distributed database system and a synchronization module that synchronizes the secondary database with one of the databases of the distributed database system using the modification module. Each database in the distributed database system stores an identification mapping database having an assigned version number.

Abstract: A client/server based system provides an integrated messages system for a user having access to accounts on a number of different terminal communication devices, including at least one wireless terminal device. In a preferred embodiment, the system includes an agent that selectively transmits messages addressed to a particular user to at least one terminal device. The agent is connected to a wireless communications server and is adapted to receive and distribute messages, such as e-mail, from and to a multiplicity of senders and recipients, such as terminal devices interconnected over a network. Messages received from a terminal device and intended for a user may be forwarded to the user by the agent via a wireless communications server and wireless terminal device. The system enables the user to receive the incoming message and to reply to such a message or to generate an original message.

If, however, no user activity is detected, the electronic message is forwarded to the user's pager.
