    Abstract: A system and method are providing for generating green energy from a tidal body of water. When a first arm is in a raised position and a second arm is in a lowered position, a valve in the bottom of a tank at approximately high tide level opens to fill a first container on the end of the first arm and a valve in the bottom of a second container on the second arm opens to empty the second container. When the first container is full and the second container is empty, the first arm falls and the second arm rises. Another valve in the bottom of the tank opens to fill the second container and a valve in the bottom of the first container opens to empty the first container. The arms are connected to a crankshaft to power a device.

    Abstract: A high definition (HD) enabled digital light display system adaptable to allow an individual or group to participate in a dance, a march, a celebration, a sport, a game, or other activity requiring body movements is presented. The system comprises a display unit having a plurality of computer designed light signals adaptable to create different light arrangements. A digital plasma control board is integrated into the display unit and includes a plurality of microcontrollers programmed with a display program that utilizes a computer programmed alphabet language. The computer programmed alphabet language includes a plurality of display codes to enable the light module to display a plurality of cartoon animations and a plurality of alphabetical letters on a digital display screen. The cartoon animations and the alphabetical letters enable the individual to perform at least one body movement of the dance, march, celebration, sport, or game.

    Abstract: A detachable sole for a mountaineering shoe configured to position toe of a foot of a user higher than the heel comprises a toe end having a thicker sole and a heel end having a thinner sole, an upper surface, and a lower surface. An engagement means is provided on the detachable sole that detachably connects a bottom portion of the shoe or another detachable sole. The toe end having the thicker sole causes tension to stomach muscles and muscles in the back of the legs of the user to improve blood circulation in the veins of the legs and the thighs of the user. Improved blood circulation in the veins of the legs of the user causes loss of excessive fat in the stomach muscles and the legs thereby reducing weight in the stomach.
