  • Patent number: 8168682
Abstract: The present invention relates to compositions comprising a structured benefit agent pre-mix or delivery vehicle comprising benefit agent structured with crystalline materials, as defined, which when separately prepared and combined after preparation, provides enhanced delivery of benefit agent from a personal product bar carrying composition into which the premix is added. The use of structured benefit agent also enhances delivery of separate benefit agents in the premix (which may or may not be structured) and of separate benefit agents added separately from the premix.

  • Patent number: 7351417
Abstract: A cosmetic composition is provided which includes a high level of glycerin, a copolymer which is preferably a C10-C18 acrylates crosspolymer, and a crystalline gel structurant comprising a surfactant and co-surfactant, the structurant having an enthalpy ranging from about 2 to about 15 Joule per gram, wherein the composition has a normal force of from about +5 to about +50 grams thereby achieving a silky sensory feel on skin, the glycerin to copolymer being present in a weight ratio ranging from about 350:1 to about 10:1. Advantageously, the composition has a SkiCon Value ranging from about 10 to about 80.

  • Publication number: 20070023504
Abstract: A system, method, computer program and product to allow a card processor to use a single card with a card account number for payment from different account fund buckets. The first account fund bucket is an unrestricted general account fund bucket with funds available to make purchases of goods and services. The second account fund bucket is a restricted account fund bucket that can be used for the purchase of third party administrator approved goods and services. The card processor determines if a transaction is for third party administrator approved goods and services. If the requested transaction is for approved goods and services, the card processor deducts the costs of the approved goods and services first from the second restricted account fund bucket, and then from the first unrestricted account fund bucket. If sufficient funds are not available in the multiple account buckets, the card processor denies the requested transaction.
