  • Patent number: 9382151
Abstract: A glass article for use in Extreme Ultra-Violet Lithography (EUVL) is provided. The glass article includes a silica-titania glass having a compositional gradient through the glass article, the compositional gradient being defined by the functions: [TiO2]=(c+f(x,y,z)), and [SiO2]=(100?{c+f(x,y,z)}??(x,y,z)) wherein [TiO2] is the concentration of titania in wt. %, [SiO2] is the concentration of silica in wt. %, c is the titania concentration in wt. % for a predetermined zero crossover temperature (Tzc), f(x, y, z) is a function in three-dimensional space that defines the difference in average composition of a volume element centered at the coordinates (x, y, z) with respect to c, and ?(x, y, z) is a function in three-dimensional space that defines the sum of all other components of a volume element centered at the coordinates (x, y, z).

  • Patent number: 8805794
Abstract: Media are provided for performing a method of auditing data associated with a wireless telecommunications network. The method includes determining whether or not to audit data associated with a given sector in a wireless coverage area in a wireless telecommunications network based off of either a sector exclusion/inclusion list or a field in a database. The method also includes comparing attributes of sectors to be audited across network elements to determine if any data inconsistencies exit. Finally, the method presents any data inconsistencies of audited sectors to a user. In an alternate embodiment, all sectors could be audited, and certain sectors could be denoted on an audit report as to indicate that this sector already has known inconsistencies or is out of service to prevent confusion and further errors.

  • Publication number: 20140095296
Abstract: A method of tracking an advertising campaign is provided. Information about clicks made on advertisements distributed to mobile devices in the advertising campaign as well as information about numbers of impressions made on mobile devices in the advertising campaign is retrieved. Click-through-rates of impressions within a defined geofence are calculated and broken down into click-through-rates in each of a plurality of different sub-areas within the defined geofence based on physical locations identified in metadata of the information about clicks. A report may then be generated for the defined geofence identifying the click-through-rates for the different sub-areas within the defined geofence.

  • Publication number: 20070069811
Abstract: Line drivers with extended linearity are described herein. In one embodiment, an example of a line driver includes, but is not limited to, a first amplifier having a first input, a second amplifier having a second input, the first and second amplifiers driving a load of a communication line, and a trans-conductance stage device coupled to the first and second amplifiers. The trans-conductance stage device is configured to sense a first error voltage across the first input of the first amplifier and to provide a first feedback to the second input of the second amplifier. The trans-conductance stage device is configured to sense a second error voltage across the second input of the second amplifier and to provide a second feedback to the first input of the first amplifier. Other methods and apparatuses are also described.

  • Patent number: 5539413
Abstract: An integrated circuit for use in a phased array antenna system having a central processing unit. The integrated circuit is associated with one of a plurality of antenna elements of the phased array antenna system. The integrated circuit includes an ID memory for storing a unique ID addressable by the central processing unit, and receives global commands from the central processing unit globally transmitted over a distributed serial bus. Upon detecting a global command, the integrated circuit compares an ID address associated with the global commands with the ID stored in the ID memory. The integrated circuit recognizes global commands as local commands to be executed locally when the ID address associated with the global commands is the same as the ID stored in the ID memory. In response to the local commands, the integrated circuit generates and provides control signals to the associated one of the antenna elements of the phased array antenna system.

  • Patent number: 4429463
Abstract: An electro-mechanical dynamic datum point locator tool is provided to determine x and y axes datum points on a workpiece. The locator tool is a cylinder for placement, for example, in an adjustable chuck in a mill head of a milling machine. A cylindrical tip assembly depends from the cylinder and is flexibly supported for eccentric to concentric rotation during contact with the edge of a workpiece which is held in place on the bed of the milling machine. During rotation of the locator tool, a light emitting diode emits light from the circumference of the cylinder whenever the initially eccentrically placed cylindrical tip touches the edge of the workpiece. As the edge of the workpiece is moved closer to being in line with the centerline of the mill head of the milling machine, the cylindrical tip is reactively moved progressively toward its concentric rotating position.
