The wheel is mounted upon the frame for rotation around a first axis. The distance counter is actuated by the wheel. The frame has an elongate operating arm projecting away from the wheel. The frame has a mounting portion to which the wheel is mounted for rotation. The elongate operating arm is pivotable relative to the mounting portion between an operating state and a store state.
